The second day of action during MLB The Show 20's Players League featured Los Angeles Angels reliever Ty Buttrey, Oakland Athletics lefty Jesus Luzardo, Philadelphia Phillies first baseman Rhys Hoskins, Arizona Diamondbacks right-hander Jon Duplantier, Seattle Mariners reliever Carl Edwards Jr., and Detroit Tigers infielder Niko Goodrum.

The funniest moment stemming from Saturday's action was provided by outfielder Bryce Harper, who texted his teammate Hoskins after he made an error using Harper in the game.

"Take me out of the game," Harper wrote in the text, according to Juan Toribio of MLB.com. "Horrible route."

Hoskins, as well as Edwards, went 2-2 on the day, while Goodrum and Duplantier finished 3-1 and Luzardo and Buttrey went 1-3.

One of Duplantier's wins came via walk-off style while playing as teammate Carson Kelly.

Kelly was stoked his avatar came through in the clutch.

Duplantier would've had a perfect record if it wasn't for Goodrum storming back from a three-run deficit in the final frame.

Sunday will be the first day of play for Chicago White Sox right-hander Lucas Giolito, New York Mets second baseman Jeff McNeil, Atlanta Braves reliever Luke Jackson, Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Bo Bichette, Miami Marlins reliever Ryne Stanek, and San Diego Padres shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr.
