Hannah (undisclosed) appeared in both international exhibition games for South Carolina this summer.
Analysis:Hannah only appeared in 10 games for Alabama in the 2025-26 season, going down in mid-December with an unspecified injury and then never suiting up again for the Tide the rest of the way out. Not only does he appear healthy at his new school, but Hannah appears to be contending for a starting role. On Aug. 8 against Victoria, the sophomore logged eight points (2-8 FG, 4-6 FT), four rebounds and four assists across 19 minutes. Hannah came off the bench two days later against the Bahamas National Team, recording five points (1-4 FG, 3-5 FT) but committing a team-high four turnovers. There's no question Hannah will have some type of role in Columbia this season under coach Lamont Paris, but it looks as if the specifics are still being worked out.
