Pratt (illness) will start at shortstop and bat ninth in Wednesday's game versus the Pirates.
Analysis:Pratt didn't participate in Tuesday's game due to illness, but he feels well enough a day later to give it a go. The rookie shortstop is slashing .273/.341/.369 with three home runs and 13 stolen bases in his first 64 big-league contests.
