Tacko Fall has been with the Boston Celtics for only one season, but he's already thinking long term.
"I tell a lot of people, 'If I could retire here, I probably would,'" the 7-foot-5 center said, according to Trevor Hass of Boston.com.
Fall quickly became a fan favorite in his rookie year, even garnering "MVP" chants during a game against the Charlotte Hornets in December. He's learned to embrace the extra attention.
"It's something that I've developed," Fall said. "For me, it was just a matter of perspective. You've just got to look at it as a blessing, pretty much. That's something that I've been blessed with, and I shouldn't run away from it. That really made me embrace it a lot more."
Fall spent the majority of last season with the Celtics' G League affiliate, the Maine Red Claws, with whom he averaged 12.9 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 2.9 blocks in 29 games.
