Lopez amassed nine points (4-6 FG, 1-3 3Pt), two rebounds and one assist over eight minutes in Wednesday's 122-110 preseason win over the Nuggets.
Analysis:Given preseason rotations, Isaiah Jackson, who started Wednesday, has overtaken Lopez for the Clippers' starting center job. Lopez looks to be positioned for a bench role to open 2026-27, and it's unclear what the veteran's role will look like when Yanic Konan Niederhauser is cleared to play again.
