Philo (shoulder) will be a game-time decision for Saturday's game at Texas, Pete Thamel of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis:Philo has been limited in practice for most of this week, and he'll now officially be a game-time call for a big matchup against the Longhorns. The starting quarterback has thrown for 1,341 yards, nine touchdowns and three interceptions across six outings. If he's unable to play, Tramell Jones will be slotted to get the nod.
