Hooker (concussion) was a full participant at practice Thursday.
Analysis:Hooker was sidelined in Week 5 versus the Texans because of a concussion he suffered back in Week 4 at Baltimore, but it looks like he's making good progress towards returning to game action. With that said, he'll still need to obtain clearance from an independent neurologist before exiting league concussion protocol and getting the okay to play again.
