The Rams designated Trost (hamstring) for return to practice from injured reserve Thursday.
Analysis:Per Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com, Trost was a full participant at practice Thursday. He could suit up for the first time this season as soon as Sunday, but for now, he's still waiting to be officially activated from IR.
