Onyejiaka is medically cleared to play for Alabama, Emilee Smarr of The Tuscaloosa News reports.
Analysis:Onyejiaka was sidelined for the entire 2025-26 season due to a heart issue, but has now been cleared to return to action. He did not play in the team's most recent exhibition game, but that's because head coach Nate Oats sees more suitable matchups for him in the near future.
