Jefferson (knee) logged 12 points (4-5 FG, 4-4 3Pt), one rebound, one assist and one steal across 18 minutes during Houston's exhibition win Thursday against Montana Tech.
Analysis:It looks like Jefferson worked on his three-point game, a previous weakness of his, during the offseason. Between two seasons with Houston, he never shot over 15.5 percent from behind the three-point arc in matchups. Jefferson was a supplementary piece for UH both years, but with overall improvement this offseason, he will look to have maintained a regular role come the Cougars' 2026-27 campaign.
