Analysis:After Sigle suffered a high-ankle sprain in Week 4, head coach Kyle Shanahan said that the second-year pro was slated to miss multiple weeks. With one absence under his belt so far and no practice reps to begin Week 6 prep, he appears to be trending toward another DNP on Monday versus the Commanders. The 49ers can confirm as much when they post their final injury report of the week Saturday.
