Johnston (chest) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Noah Furtado of The Athletic reports.
Analysis:Ladd McConkey (foot) also has been cleared to play, while Tre' Harris (hamstring) has been ruled out. Harris seemed to be threatening Johnston for the No. 2 receiver job, but for now it'll likely be Johnston's role.
