Mavericks' Jett Howard: Out versus Atlanta

Howard (illness) won't play in Friday's preseason game against the Hawks.

Analysis:

Howard will miss another preseason contest due to an illness. However, he should be ready to go for Opening Night against the Rockets, barring a setback.
