Williams (rest) won't play in Friday's preseason game against the Warriors.
Analysis:Williams will take the night off before presumably being available for Opening Night against Phoenix. The veteran big man is a capable statistical contributor, though he has battled injuries over the years. If Williams remains healthy, he should see steady minutes behind Donovan Clingan throughout the 2026-27 campaign.
