Philo (shoulder) is not expected to start Saturday at Texas, Pete Nakos of On3.com reports.
Analysis:Philo was initially considered a game-time call for Saturday's marquee matchup against the Longhorns, and now all signs point to him not starting, with Terrell Jones expected to get the nod instead. Philo has thrown for 1,341 yards, nine touchdowns and three interceptions across six outings, so his absence will complicate the Gators' chances in a tough road matchup.
