Portland Trail Blazers big man Zach Collins will undergo an MRI on Monday after dislocating his left shoulder in the club's win over the Dallas Mavericks, league sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
The injury occurred late in the third quarter of Sunday's affair. Collins was crashing the glass after a missed shot attempt and immediately grabbed his left shoulder.
He left the game shortly afterward and didn't return.

Collins said postgame his shoulder "popped back in so cleanly," according to ESPN's Tim MacMahon.
The 22-year-old finished with 10 points and three boards in 24 minutes of action.
Collins has started all three of Portland's games and is expected to have an expanded role after the offseason departures of Meyers Leonard, Moe Harkless, and Al-Farouq Aminu.
The former lottery pick had a strong postseason for the Trail Blazers, specifically during the second round. He averaged 8.7 points and 2.1 blocks in Portland's seven-game series win over the Denver Nuggets last season.
