Detroit Red Wings forward Dylan Larkin has expanded his trade list to include a total of 10 teams, a source told Helene St. James of the Detroit Free Press.
The latest additions to Larkin's list are reportedly the Carolina Hurricanes, Colorado Avalanche, New Jersey Devils, Tampa Bay Lightning, Utah Mammoth, and Washington Capitals.
The Florida Panthers, Minnesota Wild, and Vegas Golden Knights were reportedly the three original teams on Larkin's list when he initially requested a trade in June. He reportedly added the Dallas Stars shortly thereafter. All four of those teams remain on the list, per St. James.
Larkin is signed through 2030-31 with an $8.7-million cap hit. His contract contains a full no-movement clause.
The 30-year-old center has registered a goal and two assists in six games this season entering Tuesday. He notched his fifth straight 30-goal season in 2025-26, finishing with 34 tallies and 67 points. He posted a career-high 79 points in 2022-23.
The Red Wings stripped Larkin of the captaincy in September. He was booed in his home rink during his season debut. Larkin is a Michigan native and played collegiately for the University of Michigan.
Larkin's trade list consists exclusively of U.S.-based teams despite the best efforts of Montreal Canadiens fans, who serenaded the Red Wings veteran with "We Want Larkin" chants when Detroit visited the Bell Centre earlier in October.
